This has been gazetted. It has been passed into law. If someone wanted to, they could f__ up your life by creating a blog or a Twitter with your name and plastering it with seditious comments. The burden of proof would be on YOU to show that it wasn’t you. How many Malaysians can afford to hire a good lawyer let alone an IT professional as expert witness?
